Graham Group Ltd. Announces Leadership Succession Plan

Ron Graham, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Graham Income Trust, announces Bill Flaig, President and CEO will retire July 2012. The Board of Trustees has elected Grant Beck to succeed Bill as Graham’s new President and CEO, effective July 2012. Grant has served as Vice President, Major Commercial since 2008. He joined the company in 1990.

Bill’s retirement will bring to a close a career that began 32 years ago, when he joined the company as a Project Manager. He was named President and CEO of Graham Group in 2008.

“The decision to leave Graham – a company that I am so fond of – was a difficult one. With my tenure coming to an end, I look forward to the opportunity to focus on family life, specifically spending time with my wife and daughters,” Flaig said. “It has been my privilege to work with so many talented people in staff, management and board roles over the course of my career at Graham. Together, we have accomplished a great deal and have created opportunities for even greater achievements in the future.”

Grant Beck, with his recognized strategic vision and deep knowledge of the construction industry will continue to lead Graham going forward. He has a demonstrated track record, a broad range of experiences in the industry and impressive leadership skills to continue the company’s ongoing growth and success. “I am honored to take on this opportunity to lead Graham Group.
