For the first time, Graham was presented with the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) National Safety Award in New Orleans this week!

“Building is our passion, and our focus on a strong safety culture is paramount to our success,” says Grant Beck, President and CEO. “To be recognized by “the national voice of the Canadian construction industry” for something that we love to do is truly the highest honour.”

The National Safety Award recognizes outstanding achievement and commitment to safety in the construction workplace. Being honoured with this recognition exemplifies that Graham’s commitment to excellence goes beyond building quality structures. Graham closed 2015 with a lost time incident frequency (LTIF) of 0.03 and a total recordable injury frequency (TRIF) of 0.62. The Company continues to be at the forefront of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) through the development of industry leading programs such as their Leadership Engagement Indicator, and their HSE Management System.

In addition to the National Safety Award, Graham’s own Bob Hildenbrandt, Vice President, Business Development, was the recipient of the 2015 General Contractor Award of Recognition for demonstrating commitment and dedication in support of Canada’s construction industry. This award commends Hildenbrandt’s pursuit and promotion of enhancement in the General Contractors sector of the Industry, and proves that Graham’s commitment to superior construction services is strongly supported by the talented people it employs.

Graham was also recognized with the 10-Year Corporate Member award for its participation and contributions to the CCA as it continues to raise the bar in construction management, and create opportunities for a strong and vibrant construction industry.

Each of these awards prove that the Graham Way is synonymous with the CCA’s standard of excellence. Graham is honoured to have been recognized by the CCA for its achievements.
