Fox Towers I & II
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Fox I and Fox II are situated in the heart of downtown Edmonton. Fox I is a 29-storey tower composed of 142 suites, and Fox II consists of 34 storeys and 169 suites. Both towers sit on a 6-storey podium containing parking, office and retail space, with an additional 6 floors of underground parking. The project is located in an architecturally controlled heritage area. To reflect this, the exterior façade of the podiums is finished with brick and sandstone to resemble the century-old brick buildings nearby. The exteriors are constructed with EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish System), full-height curtain walls sections and PVC/Aluminum hybrid windows. Suites are finished with laminate and ceramic tile flooring, knockdown ceilings, thermofoil cabinets and quartz countertops.
