GCRS Davenport General Partnership to Design, Build and Finance Davenport Diamond Project
Graham is the successful proponent on the Davenport Diamond Rail Grade Separation Project, part of Metrolinx's GO Rail Expansion program. A new entity, Graham Commuter Rail Solutions (GCRS) has been formed by Graham to undertake the design, build, and financing of this exciting project. Graham’s team also includes design partners LEA Consulting Ltd., exp Services Inc., International Bridge Technologies and Brown & Storey Architects Inc.

Metrolinx is a regional transportation agency created by the Province of Ontario, tasked to work with federal, provincial and municipal partners, the private sector and other stakeholders to create an integrated transportation system.

Construction is due to begin fall 2019.
