Graham Announces VP, Operations, Buildings U.S. Midwest – Matt Dekkers
Graham is pleased to announced Matt Dekkers has transitioned to the position of Vice President, Operations, Buildings U.S. Midwest, based in Minneapolis, MN. Since joining Graham over four years ago, Matt has worked primarily on the pursuit and delivery of P3 opportunities. Most recently, he held the title of Vice President, Concessions, in Calgary, Alberta, where he successfully led in the pursuit of a number of multi-billion dollar Major Buildings and Infrastructure P3 projects throughout Western Canada. Significant project wins include the North Island Hospitals Project, Regina Bypass, North Commuter and Traffic Bridge, Saskatchewan Hospital North Battleford, and most recently the Southwest Calgary Ring Road.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dordt College and law degree from Drake University, and brings a wealth of experience to the U.S. Buildings Midwest team. In addition to the VP role, he will act as the interim District Manager for the Minneapolis branch, leading current projects and pursuits, and continuing to build the capability of the Minneapolis and Minot operations.
