Moltz Construction, Inc. joins the Graham Group of Companies
Graham is pleased to announce that Moltz Construction, Inc. (Moltz) has joined the Graham Group of companies.
This strategic acquisition brings together two organizations that share the same people-focused values and commitment to delivering superior construction solutions to clients. Moltz is a successful contractor in the water, wastewater treatment and water resources sector with more than 30 years of experience working with diverse clients and within a variety of contract models. Graham is large general contractor specializing in buildings, industrial and infrastructure construction across North America, with an already impressive resume in water sector projects of significant size and scale. This acquisition was driven by Graham’s diversification strategy, which focuses on continuously expanding its capabilities across a spectrum of sectors and regions, to create a comprehensive service offering for clients.
“We’re excited to join forces with Moltz Construction, Inc.,” shares Andy Trewick, President and CEO of Graham. “Moltz’s expertise builds on our existing water and wastewater capabilities. Bringing them into the Graham organization aligns with our long-term focus on enhancing our integrated solutions offering. Ultimately, this move adds value for our combined clients and employee-owners.”
Moltz has become a leader in Colorado’s water sector construction market as a result of their proven track record and value-added capabilities. Leveraging their impressive reputation, the company will continue to operate under the Moltz brand, with the same systems, programs, locations and personnel. Their management and team will function as a subsidiary of Graham’s Infrastructure Division. Eric Moltz, a visionary leader who has led the company through steady growth, will remain as CEO of Moltz and Mike Butler, an inspirational leader with an extensive operations background, will remain as President of Moltz.
“We’re excited about the new opportunities this partnership brings,” says Moltz. “Joining the Graham team will allow us to scale our business and expand our footprint both within and outside of Colorado. Together, we’re a stronger and more competitive presence in the growing water, wastewater and water resources market.”
