A Bridge in the Sky

Last week, the skybridge connecting the two outward leaning towers of the 707 Terry project in Seattle, WA was set into place. The skybridge was carefully flown in using a single crane and then secured into place. Situated 300 feet above the ground and supported by the 32nd stories of both towers, the skybridge is made up of glass walls and glass flooring. It will allow residents to move easily between the two towers and enjoy some spectacular views. The successful placement of the skybridge is a significant milestone for the project.

The two 34-story apartment towers will have a total of 486 residential units, rooftop amenities and ground floor retail and restaurants. Both towers sit on a three-story concrete podium and a six-level below-grade parking garage. Click here for more about the project.
