This project consists of twin apartment towers with a total of 486 residential units. These two 34-story concrete residential towers have an additional level of rooftop amenities, are connected by a skybridge and raise vertically at outward leaning angles from each other. Both towers sit on top of a three-story concrete podium containing 5,200 sq. ft. of additional apartments, 8,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail, restaurant and lobby areas. There are six levels of below-grade parking with 323 parking stalls and 124 bicycle parking spaces. This LEED® Silver project is underway with occupancy anticipated for Spring 2021.

This project is situated in a densely populated neighborhood across the street from the premier Frye Art Museum. The building design compliments and extends the relationship of the art and adjacent neighborhood environment.
