Parcel B is a mixed-use five-story building with 25,000 sq. ft. of retail, 3,000 sq. ft. bar space, 5,000 sq. ft. restaurant, 12,500 sq. ft. child-care center and 25,000 sq. ft. commercial office space with one level of parking below grade.
Parcel C includes a two-story building including 25,000 sq. ft. of office space a rooftop terrace and 1,000 sq. ft. restaurant with a full level of parking below grade.
