This project involved the construction of a 65,000 square foot cathedral for the Roman Catholic Parish of Holy Family. The new cathedral is the focal point for Saskatoon's Catholic Community. The Worship Space is approximately 15,000 square feet with seating for 1,400, including a 100 member choir. It also houses an organ that was specially designed to fit the overall fabric of the Cathedral. The rest of the building consists of offices, meeting rooms, banquet facilities, living quarters, children's liturgy, etc.

The design of the structural, HVAC, lighting and mechanical systems enables the building to conserve energy, reduce emissions and provide for greatly reduced operating costs. This project also included the development of a five acre site for parking and landscaping.
