Graham was awarded the design-build contract to demolish, design and construct a new 200,000 sq. ft. education facility including a secondary school, distance education school, and community centre with a 1,200 student capacity and future expansion capability of up to 1,500 students. The design incorporates a three storey classroom/office block, with a separate one storey gymnasium, art and industrial education shop wing. The LEED Gold facility was constructed on the existing secondary school site directly adjacent to the new school.
