Continental Casualty Company
CM as agent
July 2013 - September 2015
As a Federal Government project, this undertaking consisted of two agencies: Public Works and the RCMP. The 7,000-sq. ft., three-storey plus partial basement building was one of three new dormitories to house new RCMP recruits.
The new dormitories were designed to permit the accommodation of both male and female cadets, of the same troop, in the same dormitory. The distinctive combination of red brick veneer and cementitious panel on the new structures complemented the RCMP Depot and surrounding structures.
