The Kelowna Community Health and Services Centre serves as a new corporate office for Interior Health Authority (IHA), providing centralized healthcare services to Kelowna residents and neighbouring communities. Bentall Kennedy together with Gracorp Capital (a subsidiary of Graham) served as development co-leads. The scope of work included early works relocation and upgrades of complex service utilities, culminating in the construction of a five-storey concrete tilt-up and structural steel building. The facility comprises three floors of corporate office space, and one level of clinical work space offering a range of community, public health and administrative services. The clinical space has capacity to treat upwards of 500 patients per day and provide working space for over 800 IHA employees. The fifth floor features a large outdoor patio with views of Okanagan Lake for use by all staff in the building. Additionally, the building was constructed with future tenant spaces. Graham completed the tenant improvement work for the YMCA.
