Graham built-out a 28,000 sq. ft. genetics research laboratory for an international research company. The project space includes lab research stations, cryo freezer areas, offices, and conference rooms. The building modifications included structural upgrades to support a new 12.5 tonne air handling unit, extensive mechanical systems improvements, and primary power upgrades.
This was a fast-track project that required a tremendous amount of coordination with the architect and subcontractors to meet the aggressive completion date.
