Graham constructed this 40,000 sq. ft. Safeway retail store and warehouse in downtown Vancouver, located on the corner of Robson and Denman – a high profile project for this busy downtown intersection. The new prototype grocery store includes a bakery, pharmacy, florist, deli, meat and seafood section, Starbucks, 9,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail unit space on the ground floor, and a 120 stall underground parkade. The store features external movators covered by glass canopies as well as an interior/exterior patio.
