The Sand Hills Casino was a 2-phase design-build project (pre-construction services and construction services) involving the construction of a new 2,814 m2 casino near Carberry, Manitoba. It consists of a pre-engineered building paired with a conventional steel and glass structure on cast-in-place foundations, with approximately 1,672 m2 of gaming and entertainment areas, with the balance of the space dedicated to back-of-house operations.

Graham seamlessly integrated the pre-engineered and conventional steel construction packages to provide the owner with a distinct economical and efficient product. The facility includes a fully-functioning kitchen, with a restaurant and lounge. Graham also oversaw the construction of a new service road leading to the site, parking lot development, and water drainage requirements.
