This two-building, four-story, 266-unit apartment complex will be part of the 65-acre Waterfront Place mixed-use development. The entire development will include new trails and regional parks, public gathering spaces, housing units, a hotel, restaurants, and commercial, retail and marine sales and services.

This project includes a mix of studio, one- and two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 750 to 1,400 sq. ft. The complex will activate surrounding streets and create a lively and attractive public realm.
