This project involved the construction of a new 750 square metre community health care facility that provides primary health care services for Whitecap Dakota First Nation residents. The facility houses various health programs, such as community health nursing, child immunization, maternal health, medical transportation, counseling services, nutrition, diabetes, mental health, and addictions, as well as recreation and education programs.
The single storey building consists of a wood frame structure, brick veneer exterior and metal roofing. Scope of work also included millwork, mechanical, electrical and associated site development.
