Graham’s general contract project of a new 332,647-sq. ft. high school became the largest single building, square foot high school in the state of Washington. The scope of work included the construction of a 2,500-seat capacity gymnasium, an 800-seat auditorium with a fly lift and orchestra pit, science and computer laboratories, and a cafeteria with food services to host a campus of 2,400 students.
The new high school housed all required curriculum in one building including science laboratory classrooms, child daycare center, library, work-out center, video production, drafting classrooms, and metal and wood shop facilities.
