Minot International Airport
Graham was selected to construct the Minot International Airport, a new two-level Passenger Terminal and related site work. The work included demolition of the existing Snow Removal Equipment Building; Sitework including concrete walks and curbs, landscape areas, concrete and hot bituminous pavement; chain link fencing, and other miscellaneous items.
The building itself included Ticketing, Rental Car Counters, Passenger Screening, TSA Offices, Secured Hold Rooms, Baggage Screening, Baggage Claim, Administration, Airline Offices, Concessions, Restrooms, and Building Support space all over an area of approximately 122,000 square feet. In addition, the facility included a Mechanical Penthouse of 7,500 square feet.
The project scope required the coordination of the work with other contractors, including Passenger Boarding Bridge installation, furniture, IT equipment, advertising and artwork.
