St. Jerome’s University Campus -Redevelopment

Location: Waterloo, Ontario

Graham completed a seven-storey tower as part of St. Jerome’s campus redevelopment initiative. The design of the 360-bed residence, by Diamond Schmitt Architects, encourages community and social inclusivity. On the ground floor, common amenity spaces such as TV nooks, music rooms, study spaces, game rooms, and laundry facilities are grouped in an open-concept lounge space, encouraging impromptu interactions between the campus’s residents. The remaining six storeys are dedicated to sleeping quarters: single- and double-rooms grouped around shared lounge and washroom spaces.
