Graham was selected as the contractor to remodel the Anesthesiology department clinical, office, and meeting spaces on the 5^th Floor at the Mayo Memorial Building on the University of Minnesota’s Twin Cities Campus. Work included removal of existing finishes and walls to accommodate new spaces, installation of a new bathroom for ADA compliance, new finishes, lighting, HVAC upgrades, and casework. Upon successful completion, this project was chosen as the Metropolitan Economic Development Association’s Project of the Year for their Construction Partnering Program. The Construction Partnering Program pairs small businesses with larger, more established contractors, to mentor them into a successful business.
