This two-building, four-story, 266-unit apartment complex is the first residential structure in Waterfront Place. The 65-acre mixed-use development includes new trails, regional parks, public gathering spaces, housing units, a hotel, restaurants, commercial, retail, and marine sales, and services. 

The Everett Waterfront Place Apartments development includes a range of studio to three-bedroom layouts ranging from 450 to 1,393 sq. ft. The project features two unique apartment buildings; the north structure has been designed with industrial and timber themes in mind, while the south structure (to be completed later in 2021) will have a marine-based concept. The project aims to activate surrounding streets and contribute to a growing lively and attractive public realm in Everett.
