Celebrating a Milestone in Indigenous Relations

October 10, 2025

Graham is thrilled to announce that it has achieved Bronze-level status in the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB) Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) program.

The PAIR program fosters ongoing progress in Indigenous relations. By participating, we demonstrate a meaningful commitment to embedding economic reconciliation into our business practices with a strong emphasis on accountability.

“Graham’s commitment to Indigenous communities over the past 25 years, coupled with our recent PAIR certification, marks a significant milestone in our journey,” says Terry Mitchell, our VP of Indigenous Relations. “This achievement reflects our dedication to continuous improvement across all facets of our business. The PAIR process has deepened our focus on Indigenous engagement and enabled the development of systems and tools that empower our teams to lead with purpose and elevate our impact as industry leaders.”

PAIR certification looks at corporate initiatives and outcomes in four key performance areas:

  1. Leadership actions
  2. Employment
  3. Business development
  4. Community relationships

Achieving certification provides a pathway to procurement initiatives, strategic partnerships and business development opportunities with Indigenous communities, while also advancing our corporate social responsibility goals.

As a Bronze-level recipient, we are proud to demonstrate our commitment to being trusted business partners, dedicated allies in advancing the prosperity of Indigenous communities and an employer of choice.
