Technical Training

Technical Training

Our Builders’ Framework suite of courses offers employees technical training on how to build the Graham way. The courses are taught by professionals within our organization so that facilitators can draw on their own experiences and share important lessons. PMI-accredited, and Gold Seal certified by the Canadian Construction Association, these courses have been an integral part of our organization’s culture, employee development strategy, and knowledge-sharing practices.

Available for all employees LinkedIn Learning is an online educational platform that helps employees discover and develop business, leadership, technology-related, and creative skills through expert-led course videos while earning Professional Development Units (PDU) and Continuing Education Units (CEU).

Leadership Development

Our culture of development also extends to extensive leadership development options. Our in-house built Management Fundamentals teaches newer managers and supervisors the human side of management and the critical importance of making the shift from contributor to leader. Leadership Essentials targets more experienced leaders and expands on the teachings of Management Fundamentals to bring out the best leadership qualities in participants for the long term. Both programs are built on the foundation of our Leadership qualities and behaviours which define leadership at Graham, and ensures employees understand what we expect and look for in our leaders.

Engineering students can immerse themselves on site on one of our exciting projects and students in professional roles like accounting, human resources or information technology can gain practical experience and learn about the construction industry.
