Beginning January 1, 2027, we are introducing a new harmonized benefits program across Graham US, XL, Moltz and Milender White. This initiative aligns benefits across our US entities while continuing to provide competitive coverage, flexibility and choice for employees and their families.

Open enrollment for the 2027 plan year will be an active enrollment year, meaning all eligible employees will be required to make new benefit elections. As the new benefits program replaces existing plans, your current benefit elections will not automatically carry forward into 2027. To ensure you have coverage that best meets your needs for 2027, please complete your enrollment during the Open Enrollment period (November 2nd – 13th, 2026).

Access the bswift portal to review your benefit options and complete your 2027 enrollment.

Please note:

• XLI and Moltz employee profiles are currently in development and are expected to go live on October 1, 2026.
• 2027 benefit options will become visible in bswift when Open Enrollment begins on November 2, 2026.
