Celebrating One of Calgary’s Top Business Leaders – Andy Trewick

October 27, 2025

We’re proud to share that our President & CEO, Andy Trewick, has been named one of Business in Calgary’s Top Business Leaders for 2025.

Each year, the Leaders Awards celebrate individuals who inspire through integrity, innovation and impact, people who don’t just run businesses but help build stronger communities. The judges behind this year’s selections said they looked for leaders who demonstrate vision, integrity and courage–qualities that guide not only how they lead but how they make a difference.

That pretty much sums up Andy

It’s nice to be recognized, but what makes me proudest is seeing how far we’ve come together. Graham’s strength has always been it’s people–the way we look out for each other, deliver with integrity, and keep building a culture we can all be proud of. This award might have my name on it, but it really belongs to the people who make Graham what it is. I just have the good fortune of leading them.

Andy Trewick, President & CEO

Highlights of Andy’s leadership, career and community commitment that earned him this year’s recognition include:

Since joining Graham in 2015, Andy has helped lead our company through incredible growth–expanding across North America, completing projects that connect communities and positioning Graham for a future filled with opportunity. With more than 30 years of international experience, he brings a steady hand, quiet confidence and just the right dose of humour to every conversation.

He’s the kind of leader who listens to understand first before being understood, believes in doing the right thing (even when it’s not the easy thing) and never forgets that success starts with people. Whether he’s championing our community programs or guiding our teams through complex builds, Andy leads with calm determination, authenticity and a deep belief in shared success. His people-first approach continues to inspire excellence across Graham, proving that true leadership is measured not only by results but by the positive impact left on others.

His leadership extends beyond operations and everyday business. Andy spearheaded the Moving for Mental Health initiative to raise awareness and funds for mental health. That was just the start to what would become Graham’s OneWalk multi-year employee giving program. That is just one example of how he leads by doing, showing that Graham’s commitment to community starts at the top and has deep impact at the local level.

Congratulations, Andy, on this well-deserved recognition and thank you for continuing to lead with purpose.
