Langley 200 consists of two buildings. The first is a four-storey structure over a single level of secured underground parkade. The second is a six-storey structure over a two-level underground parkade. Both buildings include retail space on the main levels.

A number of tenant improvement projects were added to Graham’s scope including the anchor tenant Deloitte, Great West Life, and Lindsay Kenney LLP, all of which feature state-of-the-art offices and meeting rooms with high end finishes.
