Our community roots go deep.

Community involvement has always been an integral part of our culture. We engage with the community on three basic levels:

  • Hiring local suppliers and subcontractors to work with us to deliver projects.
  • Communicating with local organizations and residents regarding large or longer-term projects where construction may affect the community.
  • Directly engaging in community investment programs and initiatives that help build communities.

Our culture of caring and teamwork can be found across the country. We actively support volunteer work and other initiatives taken by Graham employees, and we’re proud that our people are dedicated to making a difference where they live and work. You can read more stories showing how Graham employees contribute to their local neighbourhoods in the Graham Community News Feed below.
