Most recently, Graham was awarded the Indigenous Health Simulation Center at WSU’s Spokane campus, a cutting-edge facility that will serve the next generation of healthcare providers. Beyond higher education, our work includes K–12 learning environments such as Highland Middle School in Bellevue, and residential developments like the Schmidt Apartments, a historic adaptive reuse that preserved the character of the original building while providing modern living spaces.

The Schmidt Apartments redevelopment transformed a historic early-1900s building into modern urban lofts while preserving its architectural character. Working with a private developer, Graham delivered an adaptive reuse that integrates new operating systems and exposed brick details. The project includes a street-level restaurant, enhancing downtown vibrancy.
