Graham Announces Appointment of Blake Christian as Executive Vice President, Buildings US

April 17, 2026

We’re pleased to welcome Blake Christian to Graham as Executive Vice President, Buildings US. Based in Seattle, Blake brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex building operations across North America.

Most recently, Blake grew Structure Tone Southwest into a $1B+ business, expanding into new sectors while building strong, accountable teams. His leadership experience aligns well with where our Buildings US business is headed as we continue to build momentum across our US operations.

This announcement also marks an important transition. Richard Walker has shared his decision to retire later this year, concluding a career defined by incisive leadership and strategic growth. Richard has played a critical role in leading XL Construction and guiding its early integration with Graham, helping to build a strong foundation for our future.

Blake and Richard will work closely over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition through Richard’s retirement in June.

We thank Richard for his leadership and welcome Blake to the Graham team as we continue our next chapter.
