Our Code of Business Conduct (COBC) helps bring our values to life. It sets the standard for how we do business and what we expect from ourselves and one another. Every employee, contractor and member of the board is responsible for understanding and following the policies and principles outlined in the COBC. From the job site to the office, those standards guide our actions and help us make decisions we can stand behind.
Because at Graham, how we build matters just as much as what we build.

Ethics isn’t a box to check. It’s part of who we are.
We also believe speaking up matters. If an employee, contractor or stakeholder has concerns about conduct that may not align with our values or the COBC, they are encouraged to raise them. Our confidential Whistleblower Line provides a safe way to report concerns and helps ensure potential issues are addressed appropriately and without fear of retaliation.
