Vancouver Office
Building Across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland
Graham has been delivering landmark projects across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland for decades, helping shape the region’s skyline, strengthen critical infrastructure, and support vibrant communities. Our team has led and managed the construction of significant civil works, multi-key residential developments, healthcare facilities, office towers, transportation infrastructure, and community spaces throughout British Columbia.
As a long-standing partner in Vancouver and across B.C., we take pride not only in the projects we deliver, but also in our support of organizations and programs that contribute to the health, culture, and vitality of the communities where we live and work.
Residential and Commercial Landmarks
From high-rise living to modern office spaces, Graham has delivered projects that define the region’s urban landscape. Signature work includes the 1568 Alberni Residential Tower, designed by world-renowned architect Kengo Kuma, and the award-winning B6 Office Tower, recognized by NAIOP in 2024 as the “Best Office Lease” project. In addition, we continue to deliver high-quality commercial spaces that meet the needs of a growing and diverse economy.
Healthcare and Education Facilities
Graham has played a vital role in strengthening British Columbia’s healthcare network with projects such as the Stuart Lake Hospital Redevelopment in Fort St. James and the newly awarded acute-care tower at Richmond Hospital. In education, we have partnered with institutions such as Douglas College, delivering both student housing and a new academic building to support future generations of learners.
Infrastructure and Transportation
Our expertise in civil and transportation infrastructure is visible across the Lower Mainland. At YVR International Airport, Graham has delivered a variety of critical buildings and infrastructure upgrades, while our work with SkyTrain includes the Metrotown Station project. Bridges, transit, and airport projects alike demonstrate our capacity to deliver complex, high-profile infrastructure safely and efficiently.
Community and Recreation
We are proud to create spaces that enhance community life. Currently under construction, the Cameron Community Centre & Library in Burnaby is a hybrid mass timber facility that combines recreation, culture, and sustainability in a single, future-focused community hub.
Water and Power Services
Supporting essential services has long been part of Graham’s mandate. At the Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant in Delta, we’ve delivered critical water infrastructure upgrades, while our power services projects continue to provide the reliable energy infrastructure British Columbians depend on.
