2027 Benefits

Beginning January 1, 2027, we are introducing a new harmonized benefits program across Graham US, XL Construction, Moltz and Milender White. This initiative aligns benefits across our US entities while continuing to provide competitive coverage, flexibility and choice for employees and their families.

As part of the transition to our new US benefits Program, several changes and enhancements will take effect beginning January 1, 2027.

New Benefits Administration Platform

We will be using a new benefits administration platform called bswift. This secure platform will be used to enroll in benefits, make elections, and manage your coverage throughout the year. Instructions on how to access bswift can be found in the “Resources” section below.

Expanded Benefits Offerings

You will continue to have access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability coverage, Spending Accounts and Voluntary benefits. Several new and enhanced offerings have been introduced as part of the new benefits program providing greater choice, flexibility and support for you and your family.

Open enrollment for the 2027 plan year will be an active enrollment year, meaning all eligible employees will be required to make new benefit elections. As the new benefits program replaces existing plans, your current benefit elections will not automatically carry forward into 2027. To ensure you have coverage that best meets your needs for 2027, please complete your enrollment during the Open Enrollment period.

Open Enrollment will take place from November 2-13, 2026.

If you do not complete your enrollment, a default medical plan will be assigned to you, and changes cannot be made until the next Open Enrollment period unless you experience a qualifying life event. 

Medical and Open Enrollment Information Sessions

A Medical Plan Information session will be offered prior to Open Enrollment to help you understand your medical options during enrollment process. Two Open Enrollment meetings will also be offered during the Open Enrollment period.  These sessions will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams. You may join from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
