A New Hotel in Seattle’s Northgate Community

April 12, 2021

Graham has been selected by Simon Properties to be the general contractor on a USD$39M Marriott Residence Inn in Seattle, WA. This new 7-story, 114,000 sq. ft. hotel will include 167 guest rooms, business meeting spaces, restaurant, bar and indoor pool.

The project signifies the start of a larger master planned redevelopment for Seattle’s Northgate area by Simon Properties, which will eventually include several hotels, office towers, and retail areas. This hotel will be adjacent to the new NHL practice facilities and a light rail station, both currently under construction.

Graham is currently engaged in preconstruction services, with construction projected to start in August.
