Alexan Bothell Apartments: Graham’s Largest U.S. Multi-key Project Completed

January 3, 2025

Graham is proud to announce the successful completion of Alexan Bothell Apartments, the largest multi-key project the company has delivered in the United States to date.

Situated in the heart of downtown Bothell, Washington, this impressive mixed-use development spans 542,000 square feet and includes 369 thoughtfully designed residential rental units. The building features a combination of three levels of post-tensioned concrete podium and four levels of wood-framed construction, with high-quality finishes and a distinctive tapered roof framing design.

Residents of Alexan Bothell will enjoy an exceptional living experience with a wide array of amenities. These include a sixth floor viewing deck, a fitness room and yoga center, a children’s playroom, four elegantly designed courtyards, a dog wash station, a parking garage, conference rooms, and retail spaces. Its prime location offers convenient access to nearby trails, parks, museums, and the local library, making it an ideal blend of urban convenience and natural surroundings.

The Alexan Bothell project marks the sixth successful collaboration between Graham and valued partner Trammell Crow Residential.

Graham is proud to celebrate this milestone achievement and looks forward to continuing to deliver outstanding projects across North America.
