The latest edition of The Constructor 2026, the official publication of the Calgary Construction Association (CCA), features a tribute to recently retired Graham leader Colin Aitken, former Executive Vice President, Buildings.
In “Colin Aitken: A Career Built on Leadership, Adaptability, and Teamwork” (page 74), Colin reflects on the experiences, projects, and leadership principles that shaped his career and helped build strong teams and lasting industry relationships.
Throughout his time at Graham, Colin played an important role in delivering complex projects, developing people, and contributing to the culture and values that continue to shape our company today. We are grateful for his leadership, dedication, and the lasting impact he has made across our organization and the broader construction industry.
