Falcon One Tower: Transforming Downtown Edmonton Living

October 18, 2024

Graham is pleased to provide an update on the Falcon One Tower project in Edmonton, Alberta. The project is the first of Falcon Towers’ two phases.

Project Status

Falcon One has reached a significant milestone, achieving partial occupancy and substantial completion as of August 30. Graham is now finalizing the exterior podium cladding and delivering the remaining amenity spaces along with the final 37 residential units, which were excluded from the initial occupancy permit. These units are primarily located on the upper floors and in the area where the material hoist was positioned during construction.

An expedited turnover allowed the client to accommodate university students ahead of the academic year. Success in meeting this timeline was made possible through close coordination with trade partners, consultants, external stakeholders, and the client.

Project Overview

Falcon One is a 30-storey residential tower featuring 234 units, located in downtown Edmonton. As the first phase of the Falcon Towers development, the building boasts panoramic views of the North Saskatchewan River and is set to become a prominent feature of 104th Street. Key features include a five-level underground parkade and a two-storey podium with retail and amenity spaces. The building is constructed of concrete on a brownfield site, formerly a surface parking lot.

The Falcon One experience extends beyond residential units, offering a range of high-end amenities. Residents can enjoy a rooftop oasis with expansive views, dedicated office spaces equipped with boardrooms, and pet-friendly facilities, including a dog wash and rooftop play area. These thoughtfully curated amenities ensure a blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, enhancing the lifestyle of downtown living.
