Graham Announces Appointment of Kathy McLeod as Chief Information Officer

Graham is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathy McLeod as Chief Information Officer, effective June 1.

Kathy joins Graham with more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives and delivering technology strategies that align with business objectives, improve performance, and create long-term value. She has held senior executive technology leadership roles with J.D. Irving, Samuel, Son & Co., and LafargeHolcim, bringing deep experience in business modernization, systems integration, and digital enablement.

Kathy joins Graham at an important time as the company continues advancing its technology strategy to support long-term growth and evolving client and operational needs.

The addition of a Chief Information Officer to Graham’s executive team reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening its digital capabilities and aligning systems, data, and technology with how work is delivered across the organization. This approach supports improved efficiency, enhanced decision-making, and a more connected experience for employees, clients, and partners.

In her role, Kathy will lead Graham’s technology strategy and help advance initiatives focused on integration, scalability, and innovation across Graham and its subsidiaries.
