OSO Community Redefining SoBo Neighbourhood in Denver, CO

February 12, 2025

Milender White, a subsidiary of the Graham Group of Companies, is pleased to announce the near completion of one of Denver’s most uniquely Colorado communities. OSO, located in the heart of the SoBo neighborhood, is a nine-story, mixed-use development that will redefine urban living in the area.

As the Construction Manager and General Contractor, Milender White partnered with Palisade Partners and Craine Architecture to bring a “biophilic” design to life at the corner of South Acoma and East Jewell Avenue, perfectly capturing the spirit of Colorado.
