Two Bridge Replacements

November 2, 2020

Graham was recently awarded a $17M contract to replace two bridges over an active rail line along the Trans-Canada Highway East of Swift Current, SK.

We will be working with a different designer for each bridge. The westbound bridge is a 3-span steel bridge with a total length of 90 metres (295 ft.). The eastbound bridge is a precast box girder, 3-span bridge with a total length of 55 meters (180 ft.).

The project will begin in January 2021 and is scheduled for completion later that year. The rail line underneath the bridges will remain operational throughout construction.
