University Crossings to Increase Student Housing in Pullman, WA

September 16, 2021

Graham has been awarded the construction of a new, privately developed student housing project adjacent to Washington State University’s main campus in Pullman. The project consists of four buildings totaling approximately 280,000 sq. ft. and will create an additional 207 student housing units, with 462 beds. One building will have extensive mixed use/retail space, the other three will primarily consist of student housing.

The site location is on a ridgeline that extends from the main campus towards a golf course clubhouse that Graham built in 2010. The project is scheduled to begin in October 2021.
