Willowbrook Shopping Centre Redevelopment Now Complete

Graham is proud to announce the successful completion of the latest phase of the Willowbrook Shopping Centre redevelopment. Located in Langley, BC, this project started back in 2016 with Phase 1 consiting of the conversion of a Target store into a new Toys ‘R’ Us and Sport Chek. It then grew into a multi-phase mall renovation. Following on the successful completion of these first phases, Graham was awarded subsequent phases of the mall renovation.

The Graham team was awarded the Sears redemise project which included converting the existing Sears store into four new tenant spaces. While completing this base building work, the team was also awarded the fit out for the new Winner’s store, which was successfully turned over to the client (TJX) in March.

Exterior work on the mall included the West Entrance and South East Entrance project which required structural updates to the existing entrances to accommodate a new glass box structure, exterior façade upgrades and interior aesthetics with a woodslat ceiling feature.
