Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant – Phase I Engineering Services

The Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant Corporation is pleased to announce the awarding of the design services contract for the Plan Renewal Project to a Joint Venture consisting of Graham and AECON Water Infrastructure Inc.

Three consortia were short listed to prepare proposals in response to the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Plant Renewal Request for Proposals.

The process used to select the winning consortium, which began with the issuance of the Request for Qualifications in October of 2018, was rigorous and detailed, enabling the Corporation to select the consortia most aligned with the project goals.
