A Paramount Milestone

May 5, 2021

Graham has completed the structural concrete on the mixed-use Paramount project in Richmond, BC. When completed next year, The Paramount will consist of four towers over a common parkade/ podium structure, where three, 15-storey towers will contain residential units, while the fourth, 12-storey tower will be comprised of offices with retail units at ground level.

The final slab was poured on Tower 3 late last month. To complete the structural concrete of this project, whose gross floor area (GFA) measures 625,000 sq. ft. on a 375,000 sq. ft. parkade/podium, over 8.8 million kg (19.4 million pounds) of reinforced steel and 54,850 m3 (71,741 cu. yd.) of concrete was placed.

Our team continues to work collaboratively with client Keltic Development Canada, and all project partners, to bring The Paramount to successful completion next spring.
