The PDL Pharma Relocation consolidated the biotech company’s operations into two adjacent five-storey buildings totaling 420,000 sq. ft.

One building was upgraded to include a 10,000 sq. ft. vivarium and new laboratory space. The second was converted into an advanced research facility with offices, laboratories, a clean pilot plant, an adjacent inoculation room, cell culture bioreactors, and fill and finish suites.

Infrastructure upgrades included two new service yards with process piping equipment and a new 10,000 sq. ft. data center supporting worldwide operations. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
