The Avago Technologies T1 project involved interior improvements to an existing 79,500 sq. ft. building on the company’s headquarters campus, now Broadcom.

The scope included partial demolition and construction of 19,000 sq. ft. of laboratory space, private offices, conference rooms and a coffee bar, along with high-end architectural finishes. Building upgrades included replacement of rooftop HVAC units, interior and exterior accessibility improvements, and specialty spaces for MDF/IDF communications distribution systems.

The work was completed on a phased and accelerated schedule.
