Hewlett Packard Enterprises Site Renovation

The Hewlett Packard Enterprises Tenant Improvements project involved a phased, 310,000 sq. ft. renovation across three buildings for the company’s Printing and Personal Systems Group.

The scope included broad interior finish upgrades, renovations to the lobby and common areas, a new cafeteria and server rooms, modifications to existing mechanical ducting and distribution systems, and lighting upgrades.

The work was phased to accommodate simultaneous moves and partial building occupancy, allowing the project to be completed in seven months.
