Verb Surgical Headquarters

The Verb Surgical Headquarters consolidated six company locations into a single 234,000 sq. ft., six-storey facility, transforming an existing warm shell building into a fully operational medical technology and robotics environment.

The build-out included virtual robotic training rooms, robotics assembly and service areas, testing laboratories, ten fully operational training and clinical research operating rooms, and surgical preparation space. Supporting infrastructure included H2 hazardous materials storage, a new loading dock and a high-capacity service elevator.

The project also included a collaborative education centre and office interiors designed to support research, training and day-to-day operations.
